Terms & Conditions
Last updated 29 October 2026
1. Who we are
ManageCDM (the "Service") is provided by New Forest Safety ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you are entering into a contract with New Forest Safety.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. The Service
ManageCDM is software that helps clients, Principal Designers and construction teams organise information relating to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The Service assists professional judgement; it does not provide legal advice and does not certify statutory compliance. You remain responsible for your duties under CDM 2015 and for checking any content, including AI-assisted content, before relying on it.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
- using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any regulation;
- fraud, spam or impersonation;
- uploading content that infringes intellectual property or other rights;
- introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, scraping, or interfering with the security or operation of the Service;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service, or circumventing plan limits.
6. Intellectual property
New Forest Safety owns the Service and all related intellectual property, including software, documentation, templates and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service within your selected plan. You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until cancelled. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. See our Refund Policy.
8. Service level
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from loss of data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. When access ends, your records remain available in read-only mode for a retention period so you can export them, after which they may be deleted.
10. Liability
Our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. General
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may not assign your rights without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Contact
